3. Guest Health Disclosures & Safety Protocols
Guest well-being is our highest priority. Guests are obligated to disclose any relevant medical or physical conditions before their session begins:
- Cardiovascular ailments, pacemakers, hypertension, or thrombosis.
- Recent surgeries, fractures, acute musculoskeletal injuries, or open wounds.
- Skin allergies, contagious dermatological conditions, or sensitivities to essential oils.
- Pregnancy or post-natal recovery status.
O2 Spa therapists reserve the right to modify techniques, reduce applied pressure, or refuse contraindicated treatments if a session poses a safety risk to the guest.
4. Code of Conduct & Dignity Standards
O2 Spa maintains a strictly professional, dignified, and serene atmosphere. All therapists are certified wellness professionals. Any form of inappropriate, disrespectful, aggressive, or sexually suggestive conduct towards spa staff or fellow guests is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the treatment without refund, immediate eviction from the premises, and report to law enforcement authorities.
5. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Methods
All service prices published on our official website and printed spa menus reflect standard treatment sessions inclusive of essential amenities (disposable innerwear, steam shower access where applicable, and post-treatment herbal tea). Payments may be settled via Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), or Major Credit/Debit Cards upon arrival or completion of treatment.
6. Personal Valuables & Belongings
Private treatment rooms include dedicated trays and storage for clothing and personal items. Guests are advised to keep jewelry, cash, and electronic devices secure. O2 Spa management and staff accept no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items brought onto the premises.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with visits to O2 Spa shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
